I’ve done extensive work with 7-Eleven’s recent store re-designs featuring their food brands Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost.
In addition to fully developing the Raise the Roost prototype restaurant design, I also created the site specific and execution materials for each site . This included 2D Prototype renderings, install guides (at scale), display designs for drink shrouds and hanging decor, communication with construction teams and site managers for installs, material suggestions and procurement.
Working directly with the 7-Eleven store and architecture teams, this work spanned a few years totaling a completion of over 40+ stores, all custom developed based on the prototype design. Further work included Playbook design and custom store design for non-prototypical stores across the U.S.
